Pacaso has paid agents over $21 million in gross commission income since launch

Compass, Sotheby’s and Engel & Völkers are among the highest paid agents with innovative two-year second home co-ownership

SAN FRANCISCO, September 21, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — pacasothe leading tech real estate marketplace that helps people buy and co-own a luxury second home, has paid agents more than $21 million of total gross commission income (GCI) since the company launched less than two years ago. Pacaso works closely with all interested real estate agents and brokers to help clients buy and sell a second home. Agents earn a 3% referral commission on the stock price, which helps clients become co-owners of a luxury second home and the original buyer’s agent earns a referral commission of 1% on every resale for life.

Agents earn a 3% referral commission on Pacaso’s stock price and equity in the form of 500 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), when helping clients become co-owners of a residence luxury secondary in destinations, regardless of residency or license. Pacaso manages the entire process to make it simple for agents, from scheduling visits to answering questions, to managing inspections and escrow. Pacaso also facilitates a turnkey resale process. If customers decide to sell their Pacaso, the original buyer’s agent earns a 1% referral fee on every lifetime resale. Pacaso also works with local real estate agents to represent the company as its buyer’s agent.
